Round Banneton Proving Basket

Fantastic product and outstanding customer service!

I recently ordered a whole grain sourdough starter from The Sourdough Labs, but after placing the order I realised I might be better off starting with a white starter since I’m new to sourdough baking. I emailed them right away, and I was so impressed — they replied almost immediately, happily changed my order without any fuss, and even shipped it out the same day!
The starter arrived in perfect condition and was clearly of excellent quality. It came to life beautifully, and to my delight, I managed to bake a delicious sourdough loaf on my very first try!
I’m so grateful for their friendly, responsive service and their wonderful product. I would highly recommend The Sourdough Labs to anyone looking to start (or improve) their sourdough journey.
