Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.

Sourdough Starter Guarantee
Our sourdough starters are guaranteed to activate and work. If you have any issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your starter and we’ll help you get it going.
Because sourdough starter is a perishable, live product, it cannot be returned, but we will replace or refund it if it genuinely fails to activate after following our guidance.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours using the contact form and we’ll resolve it quickly.
