Worked out great and instructions very good
have made some lovely loaves already. Starter much more vigorous than my last that I (sadly) "killed" and I am looking forward to enlivening the dried selection box.
Very effective at cutting sourdough (unlike others)

I have been looking for this knife all my life! If you have sourdough bread, this is a must. so effective, it slices bread like butter. Game changer!
Amazing kit for beginners. I've managed to make loads of delicious sourdough - bread, bagels, cinnamon rolls. Recipes on the website are really helpful.
Followed the instructions, sourdough had risen to to more than twice it’s size, did the sourdough test with a glass of water, worked a treat. Used my bread maker to mix, knead and rise the dough (used a recipe off the internet), then baked it in the kitchen oven, I cobbled together a sort of Dutch oven but the bread came out quite flat.
It wasn’t the sourdough starter that was at fault it was the recipe that I got from the internet.
I’m going to attempt another loaf tomorrow, but using the bread makers recipe from the manual to see if it turns out better.
The sourdough took about 10 days before it became mature enough to use, I’ve read that the longer you keep feeding the same starter the better it becomes.

I’m so pleased I got this. It’s brilliant for cutting perfect slices and cuts through the crust so easily. I wish it came with a protective pouch though as it’s blade is so sharp.

I bought a product to slice my bread and it works brilliantly; it slices through effortlessly and allows me to cut straight, even slices when previously my bread knife was a struggle.
Really easy to use, makes a great loaf. Good instructions, highly recommended
