I've ordered a number of different accessories from The Sourdough Labs. Every one has arrived quickly, been of very high quality and all have enhanced my bread making . The 1 small problem was dealt with immediately, with a replacement item despatched straightaway.
These slings are perfect for moving bread in and out of the hot dutch oven. Good quality, completely non stick, used up to 210C. have also used under a cooked sponge cake to lift in and out of the storage tin.
Bought for my Daughter as a random stocking filler, unfortunately she hasn't used it yet due to family health problems
