Received my starter and duly started the process but I found the buckwheat I used was not good for the starter. So talking to the team they suggested a different buckwheat and they sent another batch of starter this I used with the different buckwheat with excellent results.

I was so pleased to find a lame with a replaceable blade, it even came with a little sleeve to protect the blade. I had been using a razor blade which I kept, wrapped on paper, in my kitchen drawer. This is much safer and does a good job.
