Great lame. Simple and easy to load. It does what it’s supposed to and I like the version with a proper handle which this one has.
Was a bit sceptical but this sourdough bread knife takes all the effort out of slicing that crispy crust - it's super easy and safe too.

so glad I decided to start again from scratch with my sourdough starter which I’d been nurturing for the last three years but which had developed a flavour profile with way too much tang that I had been unable to successfully modify. I chose to buy the wholemeal sourdough dried starter from sourdough labs which I initially fed with rye flour for a couple of days to get it really bubbling away and then split into several containers and I’m now I’m incubating white and spelt starters. I can’t comment on how it would’ve tasted had I chosen to feed the starter with wholemeal flour instead, however I am thrilled with the two starters that I currently have that I’ve made several loaves with. Has a lovely mild flavour profile and are very vigourous and gives a reliable rise

The sourdough starter bundle has everything you need. As a complete novice I was successfully guided through the process with instructions provided with the bundle as well as comprehensive guides on the website. The bread was awesome! I will continue baking for sure. 👍
