Sourdough Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 200g unfed sourdough starter
  • 200g of self raising flour
  • 250ml of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions:

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Heat a skillet, grease lightly, and pour batter to make pancakes.
  3. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
