Well please with the products and all was delivered quickly

Well please with the products and all was delivered quickly. Loved the sourdough live starter.

Use the correct buckwheat.

Received my starter and duly started the process but I found the buckwheat I used was not good for the starter. So talking to the team they suggested a different buckwheat and they sent another batch of starter this I used with the different buckwheat with excellent results.

Organic White Stoneground Flour - Shipton Mill

Great little tool

I was so pleased to find a lame with a replaceable blade, it even came with a little sleeve to protect the blade. I had been using a razor blade which I kept, wrapped on paper, in my kitchen drawer. This is much safer and does a good job.
Prompt friendly service too, when I had a query.
Thank you.

I bought this as a gift 🎁 for a friend as I use to work in a bakery for years back in my teens and made sourdough and now I think this is igniting my old inner baker again. Excellent starter kit and more than enough instructions that comes with it.
All Happy here.
