Perfect way to start your sourdough journey

Arrived safely packaged.
I fed it and it was soon rising and bubbling.
Cigar instructions. The whole package gave me the confidence to make a loaf which tasted fabulous if a little wonky in shape But you know what they say about practice!!

Very very pleased

I've tried several times to get my own sourdough starter going and with very inconsistent results. I bought the Sourdough Labs white starter without great expectations but am really pleased with the results and how robust this starter is. Time after time we've made delicious well risen loaves and always in a bread machine as well. I know it's not the best way to make it, but it really cuts down the time needed in a busy day. I'd thoroughly recommend this starter to anyone and particularly beginners like me !
