Great starter, bought for a family holiday where we were staying in a remote holiday cottage and wanted to bake fresh bread every day. Right from loaf one it was clear the starter was brilliant and we have made some beautiful bread. Highly recommend!

I love my new perfect fit and shape to hold lame. Having tried various others since becoming a sourdough baker 🧑🍳 I have finally found a lame that works correctly. It’s the right size for my medium hand and it is very easy to work with through the dough.
This was my second sourdough starter, had to order another one after my wife accidentally knocked the original (that was going so well) and it smashed on the kitchen floor
