A great tool for anyone making bread, once you get the level of flour inside correct, you get a good loaf.
I treated myself to these as I had been proofing in glass bowls. It's nice to have the proper tools to do a job.

To be completely honest this is the BEST THING FOR SLICING BREAD, until I saw this knife I had been struggling to get even cuts on my sourdough loafs, but no more wonky sandwiches and uneven toast. I would recommend this 100% to anyone who wants to slice artisan bread.

It's an amazing starter, I had a a problem at first because my kitchen is so cold, so I ended up buy a warmer plate and I've only needed to use it the once, my starter is in the fridge at the moment, but I'm sure it's trying to kick the door off it's hinges for a feed..
