great dutch oven. tempered easily with oil and with silicon circle in base is easy to use. makes great sour dough. not much else to say. good company to deal with, quick delivery well packaged and good price.
First time using a sourdough starter and I was a little worried that I might "do it wrong".
Feeding the sourdough was much easier than I expected, thanks to the fabulous instructions enclosed with the starter. Seeing the first bubbles was exciting!
My first leaf is currently in the oven and my starter in the freezer.... I'm so pleased I bought from sourdough labs, the product arrived within the timeframe, was exactly as described, with brilliant, easy to follow instructions and an extremely thoughtful troubleshooting guide.
