Sourced from Shipton Mill, this flour has been developed over years to bridge the gap between traditional stoneground wholemeal and modern white bread flour.
The wheat is sourced from local organic growers, then slowly ground using traditional French Burr stones before being lightly sieved to remove larger bran particles. This time-honoured process creates a flour that retains depth of flavour while still delivering excellent loaf volume and a soft, open crumb.
