Carefully prepared by skilled millers and slowly stoneground using traditional French Burr stones, the entire wheatberry is retained—preserving its natural fibre, amino acids, and nutrients. To ensure consistent and reliable results, Maris Widgeon is thoughtfully blended with selected organic wheats, offering the perfect balance of heritage character and dependable performance. Ideal for hearty sourdough, it creates loaves with a rich crumb, satisfying texture, and full-bodied taste.
